Unitarians and the Bible

What do Unitarians think about the Bible?  You won't be surprised to find there is no single answer.

But here is a view that would be recognized and affirmed by many - it's a personal view of reading the Bible by one of the best known Unitarian ministers in UK and Ireland, Rev Bill Darlison.

Bill believes strongly that “all religion which transforms the individual is valid religion. It’s not about philosophical or religious truth claims, but about the influence it has on the person...a spiritual life of transformation, from being self-focused to being capable of honest relationship with the other, and a clear notion of their role in life and its purpose”.
